We are active and involved landlords who love and enjoy the City of Bethlehem. Our mission is to provide exceptional housing that allows our tenants to appreciate Bethlehem as much as we do!

Kelly was born and raised in Bethlehem; Bryce moved here when they got married. 

 

Our first investment property was a live-in that we renovated and began to rent out. It taught us how to be landlords and helped us see the potential of this incredible city.

 

Since that first property, we've grown our portfolio to 35 units in downtown Bethlehem. We've tried to upgrade each unit with modern finishes, while preserving the historic character of each building and unit.
